The customizable scope includes: equipment appearance color, brand logo printing, packaging design, and parameter adjustment of specific functions according to your application scenarios. We support small-batch customization, and have a professional team to follow up the whole process from program design to production delivery to ensure that the customized products meet your requirements.
For standard models, the MOQ is 1 unit, which supports sample purchase for quality inspection; for customized models, the MOQ is subject to specific customization requirements. We will appropriately adjust the MOQ according to your long-term cooperation plan and order volume to meet your different procurement needs.
For standard models, the delivery time is 25 days after receiving the deposit; for customized models, the delivery time is 35-45 days after confirming the customization plan and receiving the deposit, depending on the complexity of the customization. We have a stable supply chain and standardized production process to ensure on-time delivery, and you can query the production progress of the order in real time.
We accept various international common payment terms to facilitate your transactions, including T/T , L/C , Western Union.
We provide a 1-year warranty period for the whole machine. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide free repair or replacement of parts services.
